Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are allocated to your basket at checkout, these are calculated on the basis of the total weight and value of your shipment. Items of higher value require higher compensation allowance therefore cost more to deliver to you.

All items purchased on this site can be collected in store to avoid shipping costs. Please indicate which shipping method you require at the checkout process.

Shipping charges are indicated prior to confirming your order. Please make sure that if you have a Highlands or Islands postcode you select the appropriate shipping cost, if you are sure please contact us with your postcode and we can check for you.

The estimated arrival time of the shipped goods is 3-7 working days. If shipment is delayed due to availability then we will contact you immediately by the email address or phone number that you supplied at checkout to advise you of an estimated delivery time, if you should you wish to cancel your order at this stage then any monies taken will be returned to your credit/debit card.

Once shipped you will receive a notification email with tracking information where necessary. All items shipped via the Post Office are signed for. All items shipped with courier are sent using the Interparcel Standard Economy service, if an urgent or timed delivery is required then please proceed with your purchase and contact us for any additional charges.

Your delivery may arrive in more than one box to ensure it is transported appropriately. Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, items are shipped via a third party and therefore Pro Twins shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.


All items are shipped along with the a receipt. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods if you wish to return the item.

Should you need to return a product purchased from Pro Twins, it should be returned to us within 14 working days of the date of receipt. Please contact the company in advance for a returns authorisation prior to sending otherwise the goods will be refused at our store. The returned goods must be complete and in a resalable condition. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement. In this instance we must be notified within 10 working days of the date of receipt. Only faulty or defective goods will include a refund of the appropriate delivery charges paid. We are willing to accept unwanted or unsuitable goods for return subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price. Please note that we are unable to accept return of electronic or electric parts due to the delicate nature of their components, to avoid disppointment we advise having such parts fitted at out workshop, please contact us for a fitting estimate.
