version; the performance of the exhaust system is not affected,
the difference is only in the look and character of the material
- end cap, perforated inner sleeve, intake cap: in contrast
to the majority of exhaust system manufacturers, these
parts of the muffler are also made of titanium. The joint of the
intake cap is milled on a state-of-the-art CNC
machine. In this way we obtain an exceptionally accurate connection
within tolerance levels which yield both lower
material consumption and less chance of damage to the connection
due to vibration while the motorcycle is operating
- muffler clamp: made of carbon-fiber (light weight, compact,
resistant to high temperatures etc.)
LINK PIPE
shape:
cylindrical or conical – the shape is
determined on the basis of tests of the connection of the link
pipe with the muffler in order to determine
the optimal shape for obtaining the maximum increase in performance

stainless steel or titanium – depending
on the type of link pipe connection; if the link pipe and muffler
are integrated, the link pipe is titanium, if
the link pipe is separate it is available in stainless steel or
titanium options
