LEOVINCE X3 EXHAUST SYSTEMS

LeoVince began work some time ago on a range of high performance off-road exhausts with the aim of setting a new industry standard. The development program has concentrated on the 4-stroke machines which currently dominate the Enduro scene, and seem set to achieve similar domination in moto cross.
The aim has been achieved with the new X3 range, divided into two market sectors. There will be homologated exhausts for ‘street-legal’ enduro models, and a race range for cross, enduro/trail and supermotard.

The homologated X3 range achieves the correct balance between performance and noise emissions.

This is a CEE - approved product, which betters the performance of OE silencers.

The internal structure is fabricated from stainless steel based on the 'twin chamber' concept, surrounded by sound-absorbent material.

The outer skin, with its typically italian design, is made from aluminium, and the overall weight of the exhaust is considerably lighter than the OE system.

The X3 racing line comes with a titanium or aluminium outer skin, with a semi-straight-through design.

This has an initial expansion chamber, and then a silencing zone, with sound- deadening high temperature glass fibre. The result is a notable improvement in performance across the whole useful range of the power unit, concentrated in the lower and mid range, to improve acceleration and throttle response.

LeoVince X3 race exhausts are supplied in two types: "Open" for a free usage without noise limitation; the "FIM" that conform to the noise limits imposed in the competitions.
